Every new product we create is tested for pH, viscosity, package interactions, feel, smell, taste and other characteristics. Our custom engineering allows for dynamic flavor profiles, various colors, variable sizes, unique textures and other niche variations.

All our raw materials are responsibly sourced from both domestic and international suppliers. We ensure our products are made with the highest-quality ingredients by partnering with vendors who adhere to current FDA regulations and practices.

After completing a comprehensive audit conducted by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), our manufacturing facility received its USDA organic certification. This certification allows us to manufacture and distribute USDA organic gummies across all our in-house brands and through our contract manufacturing and private label partners. Our facility includes warehouse space to store organic raw materials and ingredients, an organic compound lab, an organic conditioning room for finished products and organic packing lines.

The U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the principal governing body for the safety, efficacy and security of food, cosmetics and nutritional supplements. Our manufacturing facility is FDA registered and exceeds all required criteria for a nutritional supplement manufacturer and distributor in documentation, supply chain, process controls and quality assurance.

Global Widget is NSF/ANSI 455-2 Dietary Supplements Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified. Earning GMP certification from NSF verifies that a manufacturing facility has the proper methods, equipment, facilities and controls in place to produce dietary supplement products.  The NSF/ANSI 455 GMP standards are designed to strengthen safety, quality and trust throughout the supply chain, combine regulatory requirements with retailer quality requirements and reduce the number of audits and financial costs associated with audits. Utilizing GMP guidelines assists companies in developing and maintaining proper controls in their manufacturing processes so that products are processed, manufactured and labeled in a consistent manner and meet quality standards.

On average, we ship over 45 million gummies per month. Our fully equipped distribution facility lets us meet high-capacity orders for some of the most reputable big-box store brands nationwide. Our inventory experts keep our warehouses stocked and organized for timely fulfillment so that we never miss a shipment.

After conducting our in-house lab tests, we partner with an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory to generate accurate lab test reports. Partnering with an independent laboratory backs our commitment to providing the most reliable and highest-quality supplements. All third-party lab results are accompanied by a COA that offers an in-depth breakdown of your supplement.

All our products undergo stability testing to establish their shelf life, expiration date, effectiveness and potency. We perform these necessary tests at our on-site QC lab, adhering to the rigorous standards outlined by cGMP 21 CFR Part 111. Our Chief Compliance and Safety Officer, along with our quality control team, oversees the stability testing process.

After formulation, products are placed in a stability chamber with temperature and humidity conditions that mimic a shelf life of two or more years. Tests are performed at precise time points to examine factors relating to quality and potency. This process verifies the safety and longevity of our products to give you the utmost confidence when purchasing and consuming them.

Our in-house creative and graphic design team provides an extensive library of marketing materials, including pamphlets, flashy window clings and eye-catching displays to inform your customers, get your products noticed and ultimately purchased. As a partner, you have access to these materials, as well as custom graphics for your website or social media channels.

Compliance is of the utmost importance in our industry. Our compliance and legal departments consist of 11 team members in quality assurance, quality control, research and development and industry affairs. Their singular mission is to ensure our products’ quality, compliance, safety and effectiveness.

Our product packaging is labeled with the exact supplement facts, ingredients, serving sizes and expiration date for complete transparency. We work with federal and state governments to identify any ongoing changes to guarantee our products meet the most current labeling requirements.
